Sjöstadsparterren and the surrounding neighbourhood is a prized city planning project in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm. It consists of a scenic green path and a wharf area surrounded by the new urban residential planning. There are also squares that act as entrances and meeting points for the inhabitants. One of these small squares is located near Sjöstads chapel. The square has a small raised area that can be used as scene or for other social activities. Details in stainless steel, highlighted with lights at night and throughout the darkest months, act as decorations on the site.

Architects: Sofia Nylén and Sylvia Kornstad. The project was implemented during employment for Grontmij AB. Beställare: Stockholms stad, Kristina Menyes. Project: Program. Built: 2005
